This is exactly how to describe Hon. Pastor Chris Mbarie the energetic Executive Chairman of Orlu Local Government Area, who is obviously doing exceptionally well in the communities.

Hon. Mbarie, a political titan, a pillar of strength and hope for the good people of Orlu Local Government Area, is indeed on a course to elevate, rebuild and develop Orlu. 

Orlu as a Local government Area, has come to life, all thanks to the Executive Chairman's determination towards erecting structures and improving the standard of living of the citizens, thereby putting big smiles on their faces.

Hon. Mbarie who is an advocate of peace and unity, has embarked on a smooth operation to organize various departments in Orlu which comprises the Markets structures, Healthcare services, Educational sector and the Agricultural sector. His ongoing positive reforms are aimed at creating an enabling environment to better the lives of the people.

The numerous projects which includes; the rebuilding of Orlu Court that was burnt down years back by hoodlums, women empowerment of 300 indigent women of Orlu with 80,000 naira each, purchase of Jamb forms for 150 indigent students, Free University Scholarship to 200 indigent students, community development, improving the Education system in Orlu, improving the Healthcare sector in Orlu, sinking of borehole in various communities in Orlu for adequate water supply, building of Administrative blocks at the Orlu council Headquarters to create job opportunities and enhanced economic growth, embarking on road construction in Orlu and so many other meaningful projects, has set Hon. Mbarie aside as a focused leader.

What else can you say about a man whose leadership prowess emanated from his closeness to the best Governor Nigeria has ever produced in the person of His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma, the Executive Governor of Imo State who keeps doing wonders in infrastructural and human capital development in the State.

Judging from the executed projects in the State including Orlu, ranging from the Orlu-Mgbee-Umuchima-Akokwa Road. Owerri-Okigwe Road. Owerri-Orlu Road. Owerri-Mbaise-Obowo-Umuahia Road, which are all State of the art roads with smooth, wide and beautiful finishing, Governor Hope Uzodinma has etched his name in Gold hence his new and well deserved nickname; "Mr. Infrastructure". 

The infrastructural development is not all about roads alone, the reconstruction of the High court Owerri, the Reconstruction of Imo International Conference Center (IICC), the renovation of Imo State Polytechnic in Omuma, the construction of the new General Hospitals, the construction of the Infectious Disease Centre in Orlu and others too numerous to mention, has placed the Governor of Imo State above his peers in good governance.

Governor Hope Uzodinma has built trust, unity and progress which the Executive Chairman of Orlu Local Government Area Hon. Pastor Chris Mbarie has keyed into for the total transformation of Orlu. 

The vision and 3R Mantra of Governor Hope Uzodinma is something Hon. Mbarie does not joke about, as he continues to follow the path of greatness just like his mentor for the people to experience what the dividends of democracy are all about.

Today Orlu is lively, Orlu is bubbling with activities with peace felt in all the communities, all thanks to the doggedness and tenacity of Hon. Mbarie who has vowed to transform Orlu to one of the best Local Government Areas in the State.

The prolific Executive Chairman of Orlu Local Government Area is one that has the good people at heart, most especially the youths, women, students, the disables and the elderly, as he makes it a priority to touch lives with concrete impact that will be felt in all the 37 communities that makes up Orlu Local Government Area.
