*OMEOGO REJOICES, HAILS AND CONGRATULATES GOV. HOPE UZODINMA OVER TRIBUNAL VICTORY*
The member representing the great people of Orlu, Orsu and Oru East Federal Constituency of Imo State at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. High Chief Canice Moore Chukwugozie Nwachukwu (Omeogo, Ogbaturuenyi Na Orlu), who is also the Chairman, House Committee on Inter-Governmental Affairs of the 10th National Assembly and member of the 6th ECOWAS Parliament, has hailed and congratulated the Executive governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Dist. Sen. Hope Uzodinma over his resounding victory at the Imo State governorship election tribunal in Abuja.
The joyous Omeogo said the Governor's victory is expected as Imolites collectively gave him the mandate through their votes at the polls. He said that the victory should not be seen as that of Gov. Uzodinma, but as a victory for all Imolites.
Omeogo who has been in far away Kano State, attending the Plenary session of the 6th ECOWAS Parliament which he is a member, calls on all to support the government of Gov. Hope Uzodinma so that the workaholic governor will continue to deliver more dividends of democracy to Imolites as he has been doing.
The vocal Parliamentarian urges those that didn't make it at the tribunal to see it as a call to duty and come together to join hands with the governor in moving our state forward by supporting him to continue with his visible and giant developmental projects across the three senatorial zones of Imo State, adding that the victory is for all Imolites and there's no winner and no loser.
Omeogo hailed the governor for his style of governance and great achievements, which is already taking Imo State to a very enviable height amongst states due to the impactful projects that are coming up everyday in one part of the state or the other.
Finally, the High Chief from Ebetete Okporo in Orlu LGA of Imo State thanked the governor specially for the projects the state government is doing in his Federal Constituency, pointing out the Mgbidi - Omuma - Akatta - Okporo road and the old Owerri road in Orlu LGA, as he pleaded with the people to be patient and keep on supporting the governor and government of Imo State as he trusts the governor to do more things that will keep bringing joy to our people, while he calls on the Youths to shun evil and restive activities so as to create the enabling environment for more development and dividends of democracy from government at all levels to get to our people in the rural areas.
Omeogo knows the game and he's playing it well. He loves Imo State, he's supporting the governor. The voice of Orlu, Orsu and Oru East is loudly sounding all over Nigeria and West Africa, let the people listen and hear.
