By striking a delicate balance between local participation and global standards, these measures ensure the equitable distribution of benefits while maintaining the sector's global relevance.

In a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, it was emphasized that these policy directives underscore the government's unwavering commitment to improving the investment climate and positioning Nigeria as the preferred destination for oil and gas investments in Africa.

Ngelale further clarified that the details of these policy directives would be formally gazetted and disseminated by the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
