My Journey So Far..
I, Pastor Chris Mbarie, Solad Orlu Local Government is wishing myself a very happy birthday. Today, I celebrate another year of growth, resilience, protection,and self-discovery.
Looking back to my simple beginnings and my earliest memories, I'm incredibly grateful for my experiences, learnings, and achievements. I became an expert at dusting myself after a fall and being positive about the future.
Life is not a straight line, there are ups and downs. A series of twists and turns, ebbs and flows , with both smoothing-sailing and rough seas.
To my families and close friends, to everyone who sacrificed something for me , to my mentor Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma(Great Achiever) ,my Royal Father Eze Dr E.C Okeke (CFR) Ezeimo . I remain loyal and a humble servant .
To all the members of Imo Hope For Good Governance who have allowed me to share their journeys with them, you helped me expand my perspective and to provide opportunities for me to give back.
I am grateful for both the bad times and the good times. Because I believe without struggle there is no growth. It has created the person I am today. I am stronger for it, I love more. The more I do it the younger I feel every year.
Today, I reflect on the past year with gratitude for all the lessons learned, challenges overcome, and achievements celebrated. The nicest gift I could receive is that God has given me another year to live, laugh, and love. I'm glad to be here today.
Growing up I have realized that it was not just me but the contribution of many others which helped me grow. I thank everyone who is part of my journey. Happy birthday to me.
As I mark another year, I offer heartfelt prayers for continued good health and longevity. May God grant me many more years to inspire.
