 ORU EAST LGA FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2023 GOVERNOR'S CUP FINALS

In a remarkable display of unity and love, the Oru East local government football tournament 2023 Governor's Cup finals was played between Omuma ward and Awo-Omamma ward 4 at Omuma central school field.

The just concluded Oru East football tournament thus provided an opportunity for the youths and general public to connect with one another. 

The football tournament was succesful as Omuma ward won the overall match and both team went home with prices.

Prominent among personalities present were, the Executive Governor of Imo Imo State, His Excellency Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, ably represented by Hon. Chief Sir Ifeanyi D. Oruh; Oru East SOLAD, Hon (Nze) Celestine Nnamdi Onyeaka; C.E.O Prime West Properties, Price Jeff Ukachukwu; SA on Diaspora Affairs, Hon Elder Aloy Nnawugo; SA Oru East Door to Door, Hon. (Nze) Nyerere Ogbonna; Chief (Mrs) Ifeoma Nwanojuo Achumba, Founder Kachi and Buchi foundation; Hon. Samuel Nnadi, SA on veterinary; Hon. Odyssey Obioha, Coordinator Amiri Oru Development centre; Chief Romanus Egbuladike and Mr Tobias Nwosu, President general of Etiti Omuma, among other individuals.
